Veleska | 24/7 Russian Restaurant

I love to eat, incase you couldn’t already tell. On my last trip to New York City, on my YouTube channel here.

A fellow gator, Alana, and I met up and decided to try out Veleska, she explained to me that the resturant was open 24 hours. Although we went in the middle of the day there was still a long wait of people, which led me to believe the food was amazing.

The waiter gave great customer service and held up a good conversation, while effortlessly attending to his other tables.

Alana ordered potato pancakes which came with sour cream and apple sauce. I didn’t want to impose but they looked delicious.

We share Blintzes, Ukrainian-styled crepes. They are so good and I think would be perfect for a middle of the night snack.

I was eyeing another customers meal and it looked delicious so I copied his order. I got the stuffed cabbage vegeterian style with beets. It was delicious and filling.

Stuffed Cabagge and Beets – I cannot remember the name of the dish.

We decided to treat ourselves to mimosas and enjoy life a little.

If you are hungry in the middle of the night in New York, hop on the train and head to Veleska, or any time of the day, it is so good. I cannot wait to go back and try more things on their menu.
